梅雨の中休みを見計らって、北鎌倉の明月院へ。

「あじさい寺」という別称のとおり、あじさいが辺り一面に咲いていたほか、
特別公開中の本堂後庭園では花菖蒲が見ごろに。

鑑賞に並ぶほどの人だかりだったけれど、心が洗われるような訪問となりました。
